the central location, just off a beautiful piazza, was unbeatable, and we could easily explore the beautiful city on foot. Three great restaurants within a 100 metre radius made dining easy. Our spacious room had an Italian flair, was clean, had comfy bedding, and overlooked the old city. We loved the Fragonnard toiletries and well-stocked communal kitchen with free cold water. the staff, though not on site, was kind and provided excellent customer service.

We did experience some communication challenges with the hotel concierge, and they did not change our bed linens or towels during our 5 night stay.
